Welcome to Africa

Arrival: Your golf tour starts at OR Tambo International Airport, where a member from Savanna Greens will welcome you and facilitate a seamless transfer to Steyn City Golf Estate. The luxury apartments of the Saxon Hotel, located on the fringes of this Jack Nicklaus signature course, provide the perfect introduction to South African golf.
Evening: Welcome dinner at the estate's premier restaurant, with your guide team introducing the safari golf experience.

Morning: The Club at Steyn City: Start your golf tour with Jack Nicklaus's strategic masterpiece. This championship layout showcases the Golden Bear's course design philosophy. Morning: Enjoy a relaxed morning, then transfer to Pilanesberg Airport to catch your private charter to Kruger National Park. From KMIA, you’ll take a short shuttle to the Kruger National Park gate, where the Camp Shawu team will collect you for the final stretch through the Park and into a private concession. This intimate lodge overlooks a bustling dam, where many animals are known to quench their thirst throughout the day.
Afternoon & Evening: Guests can choose to go on an evening game drive or simply relax at the lodge before enjoying an early dinner overlooking the dam

Morning: Kambaku Golf Course takes its name from one of Kruger’s legendary “Magnificent Seven” — a group of bull elephants renowned for their exceptional tusks. Opened in 2006 as a 9-hole layout, the course has since evolved into a distinctive hybrid of 14 holes played across 11 separate greens. Its most iconic hole runs alongside the Crocodile River, where elephants and hippo frequently visit the fairway.
Afternoon & Evening: Enjoy drinks at the clubhouse before returning to the lodge for some well-deserved downtime. You’ll have the option of an evening game drive before settling in for a traditional boma dinner under the stars.

You’ll then be transferred through the Park to Shalati the Train on the Bridge, one of South Africa’s most unique luxury safari stays. Perched on a historic railway bridge, the reimagined vintage train has been transformed into an exclusive lodge that offers breathtaking views in exceptional comfort.
Afternoon & Evening: A relaxed lunch followed by an evening game drive and a traditional boma dinner.

Morning: The day has finally arrived to tackle Africa’s wildest golf course: Skukuza. Located within the Kruger National Park, it is the only course in the world to sit within a Big Five Reserve. The unfenced, 9-hole layout offers the possibility of wildlife encounters during your round, with hippos a certain sighting in the central water feature, aptly named Lake Panic.
Afternoon & Evening: Choose between leisure time or an afternoon game drive, followed by another gorgeous dinner under the African sky.

Slow Down, You're on Safari

Morning: Change things up with an early morning bush walk. Away from the vehicle, your senses will sharpen as the landscape transforms around you. A bushwalk offers a rare opportunity to shift from observer to participant, experiencing the wilderness exactly as the animals do.
Afternoon & Evening: The day is yours to enjoy on your own terms, so we recommend taking full advantage of the lodge facilities. Later in the afternoon, you’ll hop into a game viewer for another opportunity to view the Big Five and soak up the sunset, followed by dinner on the tracks.

Morning: Enjoy an optional morning game drive and bush brunch before checking out mid-morning. You’ll then take a scenic transfer through the reserve to Jock’s Safari Lodge, which is located in the first private concession in the Kruger National Park. Named after the legendary dog from Sir Percy FitzPatrick's classic tale, Jock of the Bushveld, this exclusive lodge combines literary history with uncompromised luxury in pristine wilderness.

Afternoon & Evening: Enjoy snacks and conversation at the clubhouse before returning to the lodge for drinks overlooking the riverbed and dinner.

Morning: Rise early for a final game drive through Kruger before returning to Leopard Creek for a closing round on one of the world’s top 100 courses.
Afternoon & Evening: Linger at the Leopard Creek clubhouse with snacks and good conversation before returning to the lodge for sundowner drinks overlooking the riverbed. Over dinner, raise a glass to the South African bushveld and all it has offered — tomorrow, the journey continues beyond these borders.
